There’s lots of good news from our library!

Open Day

First up is our open day and 2nd hand book sale on Tuesday 25th & Wednesday 26th February, timed to coincide with Auckland University Orientation week. We’ll offer tours of our library and generally be available to talk to interested folk passing by – Symonds Street is busy with foot traffic at this time.

We have enough volunteers to help on the Tuesday, but we do need a couple more for Wednesday, if you’re available please let Jude know:

Please pop by and visit on the day, even if you can’t stay.

Our library team are continuing work on improvements to our library service.

Book Club

Our first Book Club meeting:

Rationalist House, Sunday 16th March from 1pm.

We’ll discuss Anke Richter’s book Cult Trip. This book is currently available to borrow from our NZARH library, as well as the public libraries. We’ll provide afternoon tea.

Our library will also be open for members between 2pm and 3pm as part of the Book Club meeting, please join us.
