Rationalism, Humanism and Atheism were some of the first words Judy understood in her early childhood, as both her parents were active members of the NZARH for many years. She joined the NZARH as a full member in 1999.

Judy worked for 25 years in the motor industry before taking on the role of NZARH Office Manager in 2006, while expecting her son. She worked for the NZARH for nearly 20 years before returning to the motor industry.

Judy was President of the NZARH from 2002 to 2006, and has been on the Council since 2001. She is currently the association’s secretary. Her interests include gardening, running, tramping, motorcycling and motorsport.
